The love affair with SEO will and should continue as it is an essential component of any digital strategy that includes relevant analytics that demonstrate ROI. Social Media, an orphan child not taken seriously as recently as 3 years ago is proving itself to be critical to driving traffic and eliciting Voice of Customer for both B2B and B2C. It's become the launchpad to web, blog, and eblast content that ---when done correctly---showcase the Value Prop and engage action. Both are needed. No "Sophie's Choice," here!
